In the event of trouble with Data Splitter :

First: Make sure you have the latest version. View the About box (menu option Help | About) for version information, then check the Data Splitter home page at http://datasplitter.com for the latest version information.

Problem reports should include the following information :

Your operating system version (for example: Windows XP, Windows Vista, ...),
The Data Splitter version number from the Help | About box,
The entire text of any dialog box that may have been displayed, including the caption text,
Any information that will help reproduce your problem. If possible, provide the .DSS file, along with sample input.
